Segmentation dimensions
Each dossier is filtered on the dimensions you choose: country or region, industry, event type, value range, asset class, time window. Three are included in the price. You can add up to three more, and only when we can actually apply them.

Delivery guarantee
If we are late, you get that money back
Every order carries a delivery date, accepted when you buy. Dossiers already in stock reach your portal as soon as the payment clears; the rest are produced against that date. Any dossier not delivered by then is refunded at the unit price you actually paid — to the card or account you paid from, not as a credit you have to spend with us.
Ten dossiers for USD 16,000. Seven arrive on time, three do not: USD 4,800 back, plus any additional segmentation charges paid on those three.

You pay in full
Card, ACH or wire. Nothing is assigned to anyone until the payment is confirmed — and the first confirmed payment takes the dossier.
Stock ships immediately
Whatever is approved and available is in your portal the same moment. The rest is produced against the date on your order.
Exclusivity is locked
Each dossier is sold once. Once it is yours, it leaves the catalogue — the same opportunity is never sold again under another title or filter.
What this is not
- Not a list of wealthy individuals. It is a dated list of people about to receive money.
- Not a subscription. You buy a number of dossiers, once, and own them.
- Not scraped data. Every claim in a dossier cites a public document you can open yourself.
- Not inside information. Nothing non-public, nothing from private life, no rumours.
- Not a report of what already happened. If the money has already been paid, it is news, and we do not sell it.
